  • Remote, United States or Austin, TX HQ
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience, Python preferred
  • 4–6+ years of experience in data science and/or software engineering, specifically in machine learning engineering, or applied AI
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)

The work

  • Train and fine-tune supervised learning models for internal tools and customer-facing product features
  • Lead prompt engineering and testing efforts for specific use cases across the product suite
  • Design and implement evaluation pipelines for LLMs and traditional ML models
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features in a safe and scalable way
