7+ years of experience in real-time lighting and final rendering
Experience as an Art Team Lead on at least one shipped AAA title
Fluency in French and English required

Lead the lighting artist team, providing guidance and mentorship
Establish best practices and standards to enhance productivity and quality
Collaborate with the Art Director and other team leads to maintain visual style
Develop and maintain efficient lighting production workflows
