Salary range: CAD 103,000 - CAD 160,000
6+ years of software engineering experience
1-2 years building LLM-powered or agentic systems

The work

Build and evolve the Agentic SDLC framework and agent workflows
Design and operate the connector layer for core systems
Develop eval harnesses to score agent output automatically
Implement AI observability and cost telemetry
