Job description

You will build and manage the account management function for over 700 SME manufacturers in Glasgow. Your focus will be on customer retention, license expansion, and driving growth through strategic relationships.

£45,000 base salary + commission, £75,000 OTE
3+ years of experience in software/SaaS account management
Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred

Own and grow the existing customer base across various sectors
Develop and execute account plans focused on retention and expansion
Lead commercial conversations on renewals and upsell opportunities
Support customers through the Javelin integration and cloud platform transition
