CAD $180,000 - $230,000 or USD $200,000 - $240,000 excluding annual bonus and equity
8–12 years of experience in People Ops or HR Operations

Lead the selection and implementation of a modern, AI-enabled global HR system
Run global compensation programs and maintain decision frameworks
