Job description

You will enhance Banyan's internal operations by applying AI tools to improve workflows. This role involves building solutions that streamline processes across various business functions.

Details

Toronto, Ontario, Canada — Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
CAD $145,000 – $170,000 excluding annual bonus and equity
6 to 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in AI or building AI-enabled applications
Skills required: SQL, AWS

The work

Embed and own the process by learning systems and pain points of supported teams.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI across functions and sequence the work.
Prototype and build AI-native tools using LLMs and other technologies.
Drive adoption of solutions and measure their impact post-launch.
