You will support a major tech client by applying your litigation expertise to develop legal AI models. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work schedule.

San Francisco, hybrid work (on-site at least 3 days per week)
$104,500–$325,000 per year
5+ years of active legal practice experience
Active California Bar admission

The work

Develop litigation scenarios and training data for legal AI models
Conduct legal research and analysis, including citation verification
Own training and evaluation workflows for legal AI outputs
Review model-generated legal analysis for accuracy and reasoning quality
