Remote work
$104,500–$325,000 per year
J.D. and active bar membership required
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or health system sectors preferred

The work

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as MSAs, CTAs, and NDAs
Provide legal support for global transactions and CRO engagements
Handle R&D-related legal work, including pre-clinical and sponsored research agreements
Partner with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives
