Job description

You will lead the Product and Test Engineering team at Astera Labs in Taipei. Your focus will be on new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing support.

12+ years of experience in post-silicon product development
5+ years of leadership experience in Product and Test Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required

Build and lead the Product & Test Engineering organization
Define engineering priorities for new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing
Drive product qualification and yield improvement
Collaborate with Design, Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
