The work

Develop DFT strategies for next-generation connectivity platforms
Design and implement DFT architectures including JTAG/iJTAG, MBIST, Scan, and ATPG
Generate and optimize test patterns for production
Collaborate with Architecture, Verification, and Backend teams for seamless integration
