You will lead professional services implementations for healthcare clients in the U.S. and ensure successful project delivery. This role involves working closely with customers to enhance their home care operations using the AlayaCare platform.

Location: United States, requires travel (10-15%)
5+ years of relevant professional experience
3+ years in SaaS consulting and/or healthcare implementations
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., B.Comm., or equivalent)

Lead project teams through requirements gathering and workflow design
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and address issues
Support customers through digital transformation in home care operations
Develop customer testing and training plans
