Details
- Montréal, Quebec, Canada, in-office role
- 4+ years of experience in software or business process consulting and/or home health care
- 2+ years of experience leading complex internal/external engagements
- Exceptional written and verbal communications in both English and French
The work
- Lead teams through project requirements gathering, workflow design, and user training
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing issues as they arise
- Partner with Account Managers for smooth customer transitions
- Deliver data-driven consulting recommendations based on best practices
