Louisville, Colorado, work from office
$90,000 base salary plus up to $30,000 commission
2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
Must be legally authorized to work in the US

The work

Maintain and support a subset of Alchemer customers through all phases of the customer lifecycle
Own the renewals cycle and guide customers through the renewal process
Develop best practices for customers to improve utilization and satisfaction
Identify workflow improvements and consult on change management practices
