Job description

Join the Product Development team at Alamar to support new product introduction and ensure robust, scalable products. This role involves developing QC methods and collaborating across teams to optimize processes for manufacturing.

Details

Fremont, California, work from office
$150,000 - $165,000 base salary plus bonus and equity
Ph.D. with 5+ years or M.S. with 8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in IVD or regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485)

The work

Design and optimize QC methods for assay performance and product consistency
Define QC strategies across the product lifecycle
Support end-to-end product development from late-stage R&D through commercialization
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QC, Quality, and Engineering teams
