Job description

You will support the development and adoption of Alamar's NULISA Custom Assay portfolio in EMEA. This role involves scientific consultation, customer education, and collaboration with various teams to drive product success.

Germany, on-site
PhD, MSc, or equivalent advanced degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Fluent professional English required; additional European languages desirable

The work

Serve as the EMEA subject matter expert for NULISA Custom Assays
Advise customers on assay design and troubleshooting
Support pre- and post-sales activities with presentations and training
Develop relationships with key academic and industry partners
