Job description

You will lead the Centre for Ethical Leadership at ALU, focusing on integrity-based leadership in Africa. This role combines academic instruction with institutional leadership to promote ethical practices across sectors.

10+ years of experience required
PhD or equivalent terminal degree in relevant field

The work

Deliver accredited courses integrating ethics into business education
Develop practical teaching modules for EMBA and Undergraduate programs
Manage the growth of the Centre and supervise staff
Establish relationships with businesses to promote ethical practices
