Join AKS Engineering & Forestry as a Certified Water Rights Examiner to support water rights services for land development projects. You will conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance and facilitate water rights permitting.

The work

Conduct detailed research and evaluation of surface water and groundwater rights
Prepare water rights summaries, ownership evaluations, and legal descriptions
Analyze water right validity and associated conditions
Support multidisciplinary project teams with water rights considerations
