$145,000 minimum base salary plus discretionary performance bonus
2+ years of experience market making options on the CBOE floor
SPX pit experience in the last 18 months required

The work

Make markets on options for brokers using proprietary software
Identify and execute trading opportunities in the marketplace
Collaborate with experienced traders to learn systems and trading style
React quickly to changing market conditions and solve math problems
