3+ years of experience in maintenance planning
Degree/technical qualification in electrical/mechanical/MEP engineering
Strong experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems

The work

Support asset management services and maintenance planning
Coordinate work orders and administrative tasks for on-site activities
Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and work order processes
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
