Job description

Join AirTrunk as a Legal Counsel to support the expansion of data centre developments in the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with various teams to provide legal guidance on property and planning matters.

Details

Singapore HQ, work from office
Minimum of 8 years in real property experience
Law degree from an accredited law school

The work

Review and negotiate legal contracts related to property and planning
Support the Site Selection team in improving commercial arrangements
Monitor emerging property and planning issues from a legal perspective
Advise on claims and disputes as needed
