Job description

Join the ACLU-NBLSA Southern Legal Internship Program to support civil rights and social justice initiatives in the South. Interns will work full-time for 10 weeks, contributing to legal and policy campaigns that impact Black and Brown communities.

Full-time (35 hours/week) for 10 weeks in Summer 2027
$8,400 compensation
Location varies by ACLU Southern Collective affiliate

The work

Conduct legal, policy, and administrative research
Draft legal and public-facing documents
Participate in client intake
Assist with other projects as assigned
