- Remote, preference for New York or San Francisco
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience
- J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar (NY or CA preferred)
The work
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements focused on GTM/Sales transactions
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to AI and data protection
- Manage a team of US lawyers and contract managers across multiple time zones
