You will lead campaigns focused on democracy and civil rights in Washington, D.C. This role involves managing a team and developing strategies to advance key political outcomes.

Details

Washington, D.C., in-office two days a week
$196,369 annual salary
Significant experience with issue advocacy and/or electoral campaigning

The work

Manage a team to chart the ACLU’s political agenda on democracy issues
Lead campaigns on election safeguarding and voting rights
Develop strategic plans to achieve political outcomes
Coordinate day-to-day activities of campaign staff
