3–6 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, especially ARR, NRR, and Cash Conversion
Very good knowledge in Excel or comparable modeling tools

The work

Develop and review valuation models and create unlevered IRR scenarios
Analyze revenue drivers and conduct revenue-driver checks
Coordinate financial due diligence work packages with stakeholders
Prepare results clearly for decision-makers
