You will manage events from planning to follow-up, ensuring they drive market awareness and sales. This role offers hands-on experience in trade shows and marketing within the biotech sector.

München, work from office
16-20 hours a week for at least 12 months
Enrolled at a university in Munich until at least winter semester 2027/28
Fluent in German (B2+) and English (C1+)

The work

Plan the 2027 event calendar with costs and rationale
Run events end to end, including logistics and vendor management
Manage social promotion and post-event reporting on LinkedIn
Document event processes and track booth assets
