Job description

You will manage onboarding for new customers in cybersecurity at Maltego's Munich office. This role involves coordinating projects and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to adoption.

Details

Munich, in-office with a minimum of 2 days per week
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or Cyber Threat Intelligence
Fluent in English, additional languages (German and Spanish) are a plus
Up to 50% travel required

The work

Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects/accounts
Conduct onboarding meetings, product demos, and training sessions
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
Gather client feedback to improve the onboarding process
