The work

Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 tickets and helpdesk requests
Take ownership of incoming requests ensuring timely updates and documentation
Identify recurring issues and report patterns to drive IT service improvement
Build and maintain self-service resources like knowledge base articles and FAQs
