Job description

Join AMBOSS as a Junior Sales Manager to promote the Novaheal platform to nursing schools in Germany. You'll manage the entire sales process and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals.

Details

Remote - Germany
1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales
Fluency in German (C1 or above) and good English skills
Proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

The work

Own the full sales cycle for nursing schools from first outreach to closed contract
Build a pipeline of nursing schools through outbound calls, emails, and events
Run product demos for school directors and teaching staff
Negotiate and close deals, handing over new accounts to the Account Manager
