Job description

As an M&A Due Diligence intern, you will analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions. You will work closely with the deal team in Berlin, taking on responsibilities from day one.

Details

  • Berlin, work from office
  • Full-time for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months
  • Experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or related fields preferred
  • German language proficiency required

  • Analyze financial statements and cash flows to identify risks
  • Evaluate operational data and prepare questions for management discussions
  • Summarize findings and prepare decision-making documents
  • Manage the due diligence process and maintain information requests
