Job description

Join a small team to support HR processes and enhance the company culture in a media and education company. This role offers the opportunity to grow in various HR functions over an 18-month traineeship.

The work

Support employees throughout the Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to offboarding
Learn and optimize HR processes, contributing ideas for AI tool usage
Manage recruitment processes from job posting to contract signing
Assist in internal communication and organize company events
