You will oversee contract manufacturing organizations and ensure quality and efficiency in drug substance production. This role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with 6 years in a leadership role
Frequent travel to global manufacturing sites in the EU and Asia required

The work

Negotiate and manage contracts with contract manufacturers
Develop SOPs and work processes for commercial manufacturing
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce costs
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with GMP requirements
