Join Achievement First as a Senior Associate to enhance community outreach and student recruitment for our Connecticut schools. This role involves building partnerships and supporting families throughout the enrollment process.

Hartford, CT; hybrid role with up to 2 days remote
2-3 years of experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Evening and weekend work required during peak recruitment season

Manage relationships with community organizations and schools
Coordinate recruitment events and outreach efforts
Monitor and analyze recruitment and enrollment data
Support families through the full enrollment cycle
