Job description

You will support the Operational Excellence team in Berlin with onboarding and training initiatives. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to work remotely while contributing to energy solutions.

Details

Berlin, remote work available
15–20 hours per week, up to 40 hours during semester breaks
Must be enrolled in a German university for at least two semesters

The work

Prepare, plan, and support onboarding sessions
Assist in developing and organizing new training formats
Support the coordination of the order management decision-making group
Help create and implement operational standards across locations
