Job description

You will lead the HR strategy and operations for Achievement First, supporting schools across New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. This role involves advising leaders on people management and ensuring compliance with HR practices.

Details

Location: All Regions, not remote
Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience
Minimum 2 years in a human resources leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or related field required

The work

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to school and network leaders
Lead a team addressing complex employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with HR practices and local employment laws
Deliver manager training on core HR topics
