Join Lightspeed's Support team in Berlin to assist hospitality customers with various technical issues. You'll work closely with global teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.

Previous customer service experience required
Fluent in Dutch and English

Provide support via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Document and track customer interactions
Assist in identifying and escalating product issues
