Job description

You will manage framing and drywall projects from estimation to execution in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma area. This role requires strong financial oversight and collaboration with field teams to ensure project success.

$120,000—$150,000 USD
10+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in framing or drywall
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)

The work

Prepare detailed estimates for metal stud framing, drywall, and taping scopes
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with estimate assumptions
Coordinate with field leadership on scope, sequencing, and labor planning
