Job description

You will manage IT infrastructure and support business continuity in Tel Aviv. This role involves ensuring system reliability and enforcing security controls.

Details

  • Tel Aviv, work from office
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Administration or IT Operations within a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, macOS, Windows, and SaaS administration

The work

  • Own the end-to-end IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, and access management
  • Manage day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution through the ticketing system
  • Administer Google Workspace, JumpCloud, CrowdStrike EDR, and other SaaS platforms
  • Partner with the CISO to implement security initiatives, enforce IT policies, and support system integrations
