Job description

As a Working Student in HR, you will support the HR team with various administrative tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR processes. This role is based in Gilching, Germany, and offers an opportunity to learn about operational HR functions.

Gilching, Bayern, Germany, work from office
Ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
Basic knowledge of Personio or willingness to learn
German/English language skills at least at B2 level

The work

Support operational HR administration across the employee lifecycle
Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents
Maintain digital personnel files and master data in Personio
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
