1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm

The work

Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders
Document issues in Confluence
Respond to emails and address customer concerns
