$95,000 - $110,000 annual salary
Experience with Accela Civic Platform and enterprise information systems required

The work

Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts
Build and modify workflows, business rules, and automations
Create and update reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports
Provide proactive guidance on client-led testing for major releases
