Job description

You will assist in the technical onboarding of new customers at Packmatic in Berlin. This role offers hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding and customer communication while balancing your studies.

Details

Berlin, hybrid working
15–20 hours per week
Studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
Fluent in German and good English

The work

Support technical onboarding of new customers by preparing and verifying data
Run gap analyses of customer data structures for migration
Handle support during onboarding, including responding to emails and triaging tickets
Contribute to training content and resources for the 'Packademy'
