You will manage health claims decisions and build systems to scale operations at Feather. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while handling international health claims.

The work

Make claims decisions and interpret coverage
Manage carrier relationships and claims reporting
Decide on the use of third-party administrators (TPAs)
Build the operating model and write the playbook for health claims
