Job description

Join our R&D team in Covington, GA, as a Dry Process Engineer focusing on plasma etch and deposition processes. You'll lead the development of advanced packaging technologies in a hands-on environment.

Covington, GA, full-time, on-site
$90,000 – $150,000 salary
Ph.D. in relevant field preferred or M.S. with 3+ years of experience
Hands-on experience with plasma etch process development required

The work

Develop and qualify plasma etch and PVD processes for interconnect structures
Establish process flows for film uniformity and layer-to-layer adhesion
Perform root-cause analysis on dry-process defects using various metrology techniques
Collaborate with wet process and plating teams for clean handoff of structures
