Job description

You will support Customer Value Managers and create in-app guidance for users at Userlane in Munich. This role involves both customer interaction and content development to enhance software adoption.

Details

Munich HQ, work from office
15 to 20 hours per week as a working student, full-time for a mandatory internship
Enrolled student in business administration, management and technology, communication, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English; German is a strong plus

The work

Support Customer Value Managers with onboarding and maintaining customer relationships
Build in-app guidance and success materials for users
Report on content adoption and user challenges
Contribute to Customer Success Operations and automations
