Job description

You will manage financial transactions and support operations for clients at RyzLabs. This remote role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Details

  • Remote, only for candidates in LATAM
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance support roles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle Fusion) and Salesforce required
  • Strong Excel skills

The work

  • Address customer support tickets related to payments and refunds
  • Monitor customer accounts and assist with cash receipts and reconciliations
  • Prepare daily/monthly journal entries for Cash and A/R transactions
  • Process Sales Team Requests, Refunds, and other payment issues
