At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
At least 5 years managing engineering managers and/or senior technical teams
Skills: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

The work

Lead and grow DevOps, Infrastructure, and Release Engineering teams
Own the release engineering strategy for a SaaS platform
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines
Ensure production readiness standards and incident response processes
