USD$165,000 - $232,500 salary
8+ years of applied UX/user research experience
Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or equivalent experience

Identify and execute research to inform product strategy
Design and socialize research studies on merchant and shopper experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop research initiatives
Mentor researchers and set quality standards for the research team
