$25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience
Overtime pay and performance bonus
Valid Driver’s License required

The work

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on solar facilities
Perform DC and AC testing, including polarity and insulation resistance testing
Interpret schematics to understand system layouts
Maintain service reports and safety documentation
