Remote work, with at least 4 hours daily overlap with UK-based manager
€56,520 - €70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
5+ years of relevant experience

The work

Design and maintain an automated and AI-enabled people journey
Manage payroll, compliance, and HR systems across multiple countries
Oversee the HR tech stack and ensure integration of tools
Create documentation for self-serve processes
