Job description

Join our Cybersecurity Services Delivery Team as an intern, providing customer support in a remote setting. You'll assist with customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Remote in US
1-3 years of Customer Service Experience required
Must be available to work 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday

The work

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Escalate complex technical customer questions to appropriate teams
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions & issues
Assist with reviewing Penetration Testing and Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Reports
